Because our products require correct measurements for use, first-time customers should visit one of our nationwide stores for measuring and purchasing.

  • Q5. Do I have to be measured?

Yes, this is what makes FOOTDISC unique. Each individual has a different foot type and leg shape, resulting in 12 variations; our patented conversion formula is then applied to accurately select the right insoles for you, allowing you to make future purchases based on the initial measurement.

  • Q6. Is FOOTDISC customizable? Is bespoke service required?

FOOTDISC is a semi-bespoke product that incorporates a patented conversion formula for leg and foot shape and is produced in factories through modularization with 18 different options in 3 categories and 6 sizes.
