• Q1. I recently purchased some insoles, and after wearing them, I started to experience some discomfort. Is this normal?

When you first put on this product, the most noticeable difference is the arch support you experience. Due to muscle adaptation, you may experience some discomfort in the feet or legs during the first week or two of use. This is the body undergoing adaptation. Please feel at ease using it or gradually increase the frequency and duration of wearing it so that your body can gradually adapt to it before wearing it for an extended period of time.

    Caution:

    1. If you experience severe discomfort or pain after wearing the product, please discontinue use immediately and consult with the staff at the place of purchase or a physician.

    2. If the insoles in the shoes are "removable” and has a thickness between 0.3 and 0.4 cm, it is recommended to use the full-length FOOTDISC type for optimal results.

  • Q2. NULLHow do I cut the new insoles to fit into the shoe?

    (1) Remove the the shoe's original insoles and place it on the FOOTDISC insole, aligning the heel and the forefoot portions of the insoles.

    (2) Press the two insoles with one hand while using the other hand to cut. If you’re worried about making erroneous cuts, simply draw a line against the contours and cut along that.

After cutting, it will look like the image shown below:

    (3) Insert the insole that has been cut into the shoe, making sure that the forefoot is flat and the heel is the right size. Please trim it once more if it is not flat or has wrinkles.

  • Q3. What is the life span of the insoles?

FOOTDISC insoles are consumables, the insole material will gradually age under repeated impact and stress. It is recommended that you use two pairs of insoles interchangeably. Additionally, depending on your usage and conditions, if you use it frequently for strenous sports, you should replace them every 6–8 months to ensure the best use; for normal activtities, it takes approximately one year before needing to be replaced.

According to German experimental data, the service life of the insoles are 1000 kilometers when running continuously. However, compared to normal walking, running exerts roughly seven times the force. Under prolonged stress, the outer fabric will deteriorate over time due to friction. The product's elasticity may deteriorate based on the duration and frequency of use. To ensure maximum performance, it is recommended that you replace the product when it becomes unbearable to wear, so as to achieve the highest level of foot health performance.
